How is residential junk removal estimated?
Pricing depends on the volume of items — we charge by how much space your stuff takes up in the truck. We always give you an upfront, transparent estimate before any work begins on-site, so there are never any surprises or hidden fees.
Do I need to be home during pickup?
We prefer you or an authorized person to be present so we can confirm exactly what needs to go. However, we can arrange for items to be left outside or in an accessible area if you coordinate with us ahead of time.
Can you remove items from upstairs or the backyard?
Absolutely. Our crew handles all the heavy lifting no matter where the items are — upstairs bedrooms, basements, backyards, garages, attics. Just point to it and we will take care of the rest.
What happens to my stuff after pickup?
We sort everything we pick up. Items in good condition are donated to local Bay Area charities. Recyclable materials go to certified recycling facilities. We divert over 60% of what we haul from landfills.
