1. Services Provided

Dump It Away provides professional junk removal, property cleanouts, and hauling services across the San Francisco Bay Area. All jobs are subject to on-site volume assessment before we load or haul any items.

2. Estimates & Final Costs

Any estimates provided online or over the phone are rough approximations based on the details you submit. The final binding cost is determined on-site by our hauling crew once they review the size and scope of your items.

3. Hazardous Materials

We are strictly prohibited from hauling hazardous waste, including chemicals, paints, oils, asbestos, fuel tanks, or biohazardous materials. You agree to disclose any potentially hazardous materials on-site.

4. Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a scheduling fee.
